Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I LOST THREE POUNDS since starting the 30 day shred!! I am starting level 1 tomorrow. I am so super-duper excited! So, total, I have now lost 11 pounds. WOOHOO!

oh my god! i just started the 30 day shred as well.. im so effin happy it really does work. i feel the pain !! XD. but i dont know if i lost any weight cuz dont check in till sunday.. hahhaha.. i cant wait to see!!

it's a Jillian Michael's workout (you know, Biggest Loser?). You can try it on YouTube. It has three levels. Easiest, Harder, and Hardest. In each level there are three circuits that make up your twenty minute workout. In each circuit, there is 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio, and 1 min of abs. Then, you move on the circuit two doing different exercises for those same things. Then, you move on to circuit three, again, doing different exercises. TRY IT. I lost three pounds in the first 10 days!
