Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I didn't do well today at all. Tomorrow is the day though-I desperately want to lose weight before all my summer activities, and this is it, this is the beginning. My mom and I were talking and I've been writing down everything we need to get rid of and the healthy stuff we need to buy and the workout schedule for each day. I like writing my own workout schedule because then I can mix it up a little bit and do different things. My twin brother and I play volleyball in our backyard a lot during the summer so I'm looking foward to that and I get to babysit my niece a lot during July-August so I'm gonna take her and my dog on tons of walks. I finally felt that little click go off in my head that said, "You're finally ready for this, and this time, you really want it." I'm sick of dieting and then gaining it back, this time is real, this time I'm really going to do it. And I'm ecstatic that I know that I'm finally ready for it.

good luck! i know what you mean about the whole light bulb turning on. 2 days ago i had that same click and was ready to lose all this weight once and foreall. i know you will lose a lot of weight this summer as well XD. good luck!! and hula hoop is so fun. turn some music up and just do it for how ever long i usually do it 10 minutes or less. lol. but hey i feel it working as well.. haha. XD
