Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - So I recently gained about 20 pounds. I was down to 170 and I kept it off for a while. Then things started to happen, my parents started fighting, and my dad moved out. My grades starated slipping which really bothered me. I didnt make the softball team, which was a major blow because softball is my life. SO eventually I gave up and just started eating, and didnt stop. So not I have lost 4 or 5 pounds of that (I have a crappy scale). Yay!

congrats on losing weight again! and you know with softball you can just try out again next ur butt off till then and show them they shouldnt have cut you :D never give up on something that you love...join some leagues or something? there has to be something around...its hard to think about yourself and control your eating when things are going bad or what u didnt expect but just remember right now your setting life long goals...and its okay to treat yourself if your feeling down...just dont do it all the time...sit down relax have a bowl of icecream or something. You cant give up bad food forever...jut realize what your eating and plan for those days...good luck and i hope everything turns around for you :D congrats on the 4-5 pounds :D keep up the good work!
