Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - idk why but omg working out is making me feel soooo good!!! sometimes i just wanna go work out again during the day because of how alieve it makes me feel lol...but i dont wanna go to the point where its all i think about...i was at the gym for about 2 hours today...did a 5 min run...ran about 3/4 a gonna increase my run 15 sec each day! lol and hopefully that will help with my warmup ...then i lifted some weights to keep mme toned for volleyball...i really need to start doing my jumping excerises! lol then i went on the crosstrainer for a hour then hit the bike for 2 im home and geting ready to eat some yummy steamed vegies...and for breakfast i had some special k cerel :D and im really losing weight like its working...and fast...i dont really see it in my body yet but my u can really tell!! 10 pounts down 50 to go...oh god that sounds like sooo much oh well i can sooo do it!! good luck everyone!
