Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 158 lb - okay, so i know i already posted today but i did so well i had to share lol i had done my 45 minute dvd earlier this morning, but then i had this like surge or energy... so i did the 35 minute video.... and then.... did it again. thats 1 hour and 55 minutes of cardio today!! woohoo! i wonder how many calories i burned. i guess ill google it lol im gonna top it off with chicken breast for dinner .. no carbs. that way all those calories burned wont be replaced by carbs. woohoo so proud :) anyways, good luck guys!!

that's great!! I haven't done too much today. Only like 14mins of Tae Bo and a 2 mile powerwalk (DVD) but I plan on getting on the stationary bike. Hopefully I'll just do it and get it over with.
