Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI: 42), Goal: 150 lb - COMING OVER FROM THE ADULT BOARD!! Hope you don't mind! This is the exercise I did this week (5/18 through 5/23) I plan on doing something tomorrow, I'll post a comment and let everyone know what I did. Mon.- 1 1/2hrs on stationary bike, 1 mile powerwalk (DVD) & 50 jumping jacks Tues.-1hr on stationary bike Wed.- 1hr on stationary bike, 20 squat kicks, 10 pushups off of the chair Thurs.-1hr on stationary bike, 3 mile powerwalk (DVD) Fri.-1hr on stationary bike & a "burn belly fat" workout Sat.-1hr on stationary bike. I had my period this week (TMI, lol) and I've read on a few different websites that you don't lose much weight while you're on your period. So we shall see, weigh in on Monday! I'll admit, if I didn't lose much weight I will be really discouraged because not only have I been exercising everyday since Monday (just started exercising on Monday) but I've been limiting my calories, taking in about 1500 to 1800 calories a day. Mainly sticking around 1500. Wish me luck!

Ummmm WTF?!? I just noticed my IP numbers are different. I guess because I'm on Internet Explorer and I was previously on AOL. When I get lazy I just come on IE so I don't have to sign into AOL. That's still weird though...

Ok so today Sunday, May 24th I did 1hr on stationary bike, belly fat workout, 1mile powerwalk (DVD), and some arm exercises.

hey girl...yeah i moved over to this bored too...people are more supportive over here!! but i know how frustrating it can be...i got a gym member ship wed. and ive been working my but off doin 3 miles on the treadmill runin or 5 on the crosstrainer...and im eatin between 1000-1200 calories a day...welll ood luck and rememebr that eventually maybe in two weeks all of a sudden youll drop like 6 poundsin a day...u just got to be patient ood luck!!! and trust me...its workin ...even if you dont see results yet!!!

you can lose weight on your period, it just isn't as apparent as when you arent on your period, because you retain water weight. during my period last week, i was 169 and then afterward, i was still 169 (and very discouraged) but i drank a lot of water to get rid of the bloating and a few days later i ended up at my current weight of 166. just drink tons of water and youll see the weight fall off. good luck!
