Or is fish?
Cause im eating mostly vegtables and fish/shrimp,
and i want to know if i should stop eating fish.
oh,and im on a freakin plateau!!

Fish is good! so is turkey and lean chicken. The "bad" meats are beef, pork. Like red meats.
But haha Ya.

i agree fish is good lean and healthy for you...but not if you eat too much...try mixing up your diet a little bit...theres alot of good low cal diet foods that you can eat and will help you lose moreweight...so switch it up a bit :D

be careful about eating a lot of fish, there's mercury and if you eat too much its not good for you.
