Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 160 lb - So, I had a baby shower to go to today, at a restaurant. i got the lowest calorie thing on the menu, and it turned out to be fricken amazing. i slipped up and had a small piece of cake too. so my calories for the day are 1210 (i had a very small breakfast to compensate for the dinner i had). I also just did 45 minutes of an aerobics/dance video. I worked up an intense sweat lol so hopefully once my period is over i will be at least 168 for my Monday weigh in. I'll be pretty disappointed if i didn't lose anything, considering i have not cheated once. Best of luck!!

GREAT JOB sticking to ur plan like that! it's ok about the cake. instead of eating a small breakfast (which is the most important meal of the day), maybe burn extra calories. that way, you aren't hungry and have to have a snack anyway and stuff. what is your daily calorie intake? i eat under 1300. they say your calorie intake to lose weight should be the amount you want to weight. so, if you want to weigh 160, eat 1600 calories. just a thought..saw it on that show, Eat Yourself Thin. good luck this week!
