Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - It's been a while since i've been on here.. and i pretty much gained the 20 pounds that i lost back. I'm trying to do it a different way this time. I'm not writing anything down anymore, because i won't be doing that for the rest of my life.. and i want to change the way i eat for good, and excersise more.. for good as well. I'm just going to try and eat better.. but i'm horrible at temptations. I need help more than ever! i wanted to lose 50 pounds by summer.. and now, it's hopeless.. how the hell can i stick to this? It never works out for me!

Well, it was 50 pounds by summer, but now i know that won't happen.
I'll try for 50 pounds by the end.. even 40.

Well, first off you need to stop being so down on yourself. It WILL work for you if you get the right combination going and you stick to it. You had a set back? So, what, that just means you can prove to yourself that you can lose it again. I just gained back 10 pounds. At first I wanted to punch myself, but then I realized that now I can say that I've lost more weight, when I do reach my goal weight (Which I will, and so will you). NOw 50 pounds by summer, is a bit lofty, I would stick with 50 by the end of summer and if you reach that, just keep going!
