Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - okay so i just noticed that ever since i bought a scale back in august all i have done is gain weight. so i'm not going to use my scale anymore until i get the body i want and then i'll see how much i weigh. at the beginning of the school year in september, i gained at least 6 pounds and its annoying so i'm going to start from there and until i get my "dream body" i'll weigh myself and put the scale away for good. i can't believe that something i wanted so bad made me gain so much weight. its really annoying.

thanks. i think i'll try 130 and see. if i still need to lose more weight, then, hey, i will.

well i read a couple of your posts about the wrap your fingers around your wrist thing and it says i'm medium boned but when i weighed around 115 two years ago i still had extra flab. but since my weight mostly goes to my legs i should be at a lower weight to thin them out. i dont know if that'll be the same for you, anyways maybe your weight goal should be lower because i'm 140 and dont look good.

good idea. hey, are you large-boned? cause i'm 5.3 and my goal weight it 130 (which is where you were). are you, like, thin-ish? i'd like to get an idea of whether i'd like to be 140 or 130. thanks and keep working at it!
