Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - Hi, my story starts back in july of 2008 when i decided that i wasn't hea;thy and wanted to lose weight. With the help of God and Jillian Michaels i lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks. Thats good right? well then as soon as school started i didn't lose anything. I was stuck. This July it will be one year since i have stated and i have only lost 15- 20 lbs. I need help! I am gonna start the South Beach Diet, to see if that will help. i tried her 30 day shred dvd, but now i have tried her new boosting metabolism, burning fat one and that is a workout.

There is some controversy over whether the South Beach Diet is safe or not. Maybe you should try something like weight watchers, which teaches you to change your lifestyle, and teaches you eating habits that stick. It's pretty simple, and most people I know who've tried it had great results with it.
