Ht. 5'6", Start: 286 lb, Today: 286 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Im having such a hard time. I just got worse news about my health and its becoming too much for me to handle. It just makes me want to eat more.
Im very frustrated and tired. I dont know where to start....

Okay, so I have recently fallen off the wagon and I know how you feel. I find myself snacking out of boredom ALOT and sometimes eating when I am sad or happy, and then that makes me feel bad about myself, but I still eat something else an hour later. I know I am not fat right now, but I know if I keep eating the way I am right now I will become overweight. I know I can be disciplined because I lost 40 lbs over 3 years ago and kept most of it off for a while. We can do this together. Whenever you feel like eating do something else to get your mind off of it. I personally like to listen to music. Any time you feel as though you want to go binge, you can just e-mail me. try cutting back on what you eat. if you usually have 4 or 5 slices of pizza, have 2 or 3... if you usually have 2 bowls of cereal in the morning, have 1. try it for a week and you'd be surprised how much weight you can lose. hope i helped
