Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I need more ideas for May, I started in April and it went well. But now i need more tips on both exercise and eating.

Divide your weight in half-that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking everyday. Eat fruit and veggies as snacks instead of cookies, chips, crackers etc... I personally enjoy running and other cardio workouts, but I've found that pilates is also fun too. You should try it, it's great. Another thing I've found, I don't have to go on the tredmile to exercise. I play volleyball with my brother in our backyard with a fake little net, but it's still fun. I take my dog for a walk everyday, and I love to play with him outside (because he loves to chase people). So just go out and get a group of friends together and just play some night games..kick the can, hide and go seek, ghost in the graveyard (if you dont know what those are, you've been deprived of a good childhood! no no, i'm just kidding! but still...) Just get out there and move!
