Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 160 lb - heyy guys! havent been on here in a few weeks now. fell off the wagon yet again. arrghg. ive been this same weight (going up and down 5 pounds) since last JUNE!!! i neeeed to lose at least 10 pounds to get my groove back, i really want to be between 140-150 but 160 is my main focus right now. I had A&W for supper today,( i dunno if americans have A&W but we do here in canada, its a burger place) but before you say anything you need to hear how friggen healthy this stuff was. i got a diet rootbeer, a side salad, and the most amazing burger ever. its a grilled chicken deluxe (non-breaded chicken breast on a whole wheat bun). the whole meal was only 412 calories, compared to my boyfriends meal which was a whopping 1500 calories lol i feel like i made a really good choice. not to mention i quit smoking and have been smoke free for a week (i had been smoking half a pack a day since i was about 16.. bad bad habit) so i feel like im on a good road. ive also been hiking and walking a lot so my overall health feels better. i really hope to lose 10 pounds in the next 2 months, it'd be nice for the summer to feel better about myself. can anyone give me any tips on how you guys are doing so well? what are you eating/what exercises are you doing?? thanks and good luck !!! :) keep workin hard

maybe you should try some toning exercises. get a magazine like shape or fitness, and seventeen. they have pretty good workouts. combined with all your walking and your healthy diet, you'll probably see results fast.
