Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 238 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Sorry i deleted my last one cause i put the wrong current weight.Im so happy to say I've lost 34 pounds!!!Well i was dieting since october to december and lost 20,then from december up until two weeks ago i stopped dieting.
well exactly two weeks ago today i weighed 252 and in these two weeks i've lost 14 pounds.Well i've pretty much dropped everything i like to eat,so my rules are no meat,no fish,no eggs,no bread,no ranch,and i can only drink water.So how do you think i've done??

well after i get off my year long diet im going to continue to eat healthy,but im going to eat lean meat and a little ranch on my salad,any fish,and diet coke.thanks for asking.

well, but you're being stupid. you can't drop everything you like to eat because eventually you will start eating it again and just gain the weight all BACK! you need to find a diet that you can be on for life.
