Ht. 5'3", Start: 135 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 110 lb - okay so i have been using this site since the end of august last year and i have been completely lazy and have not put in an effort to lose weight. i really disappointed myself. i really wanted to lose weight by this summer. i'm not happy by the way i look and i definitely want to change that, so i'm making it a major point to lose 28 pounds by my sophomore year in on september 9th. but even if i don't reach my goal, i definitely want to reach my goal weight by this christmas. so if anybody on here had successful weight loss stories, fill me in on how to get started and help me get closer to my dream body :)

dancingdamsel- i have a really small frame and i used to weigh around 110 two years ago and i think that was when my body looked best. it all depends on your body's shape so whats good for me may be different for you. but anyways, i have a pretty thin upper body, i have a big chest and my arms are skinny, kinda just flabby. i have a belly thats not real big but its still not small and my legs are very thick. i wear small and medium shirts but for jeans i wear around a size 8.

P.S. you're not overweight!! maybe by...8 pounds. my goal weight is 130. how skinny are you? ('cause your my same height, too)
