Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! I just had a MAJOR workout at dance class. You guys should really consider different ways to burn fat--challenge your body. Dancing is my passion though, it's not a reason to burn fat...although it does help. ^_* Welp, I hope you all are doing great. Keep on losing weight, keep on being beautiful, and keep on loving yourself!

Well, I think that if you like to dance and you need to lose weight, you would be doing both at once. Then, when you are thinner, you'll be more comfortable dancing and so it will be more fun, maybe. I hope this answers your question, I'm not sure if I misunderstood.

Hi. I noticed that our start weight, and goal weight and height are really similar...it's nice to know somebody close to the same as me is losing weight. ~ I like dancing and I'd love to take up Ballroom Dance but what if I don't feel comfortable doing that just yet and my weight...or should i just do it anyway?
