Ht. 4'11", Start: 105 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 110 lb - okay,so my mom is in shape and fit and she never goes to the gym,and my dad's side of the family is kind of fat,so i yoyo from fit to over weight. i can lose weight but than i gain right back. i need the money before i can go to the gym. so that's out of it for now, but i also eat alot so how can i find away to stop eating food so much

hello. my tip for eating less is to drink loads of water because it fills you up so you dont feel as hungry and also try to always be witha supporting friend. i always hang out with my best friend who tells me what im about to do and warns me about how i will feel after eating that chocolate and stuff. hope this helped you!

when you honestly feel full-and be honest with yourself when deciding-pour water and pepper and salt all over the rest of your food. I don't think you would still want to eat it, huh? Oh, and to help yourself get full faster so you lose weight: Put your fork down after each bite. Really chew your food. Whenever you're reaching for more food, think of how you'll look if you just keep on reaching. Fat and possibly unable to move. Hope this helped! ^_^
