Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Guys, another pound! I am so happy! That's TWO pounds this week. If you want to know what I've been doing, just comment and I'll let you know. ^_^ So, this plan I'm doing (again, comment/reply!) will help me lose a dress size every 3 weeks and in 12 weeks, I will have dropped 3-4 dress sizes! So, I will be a 10 or 7! I haven't been that size since I was 8 or 9. I am so excited. !_! hehehehehe

Haha. I'm, I'm jk!! I am using this book called Toning for Teens (Joyce Vedral) mixed with my own eating habits. I usually eat chicken with something healthy on the side for dinner, tuna, etc for lunch; some whole wheat bread for breakfast...oh, also, it is VERY important to drink LOTS of water. It gets rid of water weight (while the toning in the book blasts fat)--ironic, I know, if you want to ml, it flushes everything I guess, so, w.e. Also, apart fro eating right, toning, and drinking water, you also want to walk a bit every day (say, about 30-50 minutes) or do something else that will help you out.
P.S. Toning for Teens is by Joyce Vedral. Did you know that when you work out with weights (don't worry, it's only 2 lb, 3 lb, and 5 lb--but you can up it if you want/need) it boosts your metabolism and then you even burn fat in your sleep?! !_!
