Ht. 5'5", Start: 138 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - Y0U CAN D0 IT Y0U CAN D0 IT! thats all it takes. if you are mentally prepared to loose weight anyone can do it. i'm officially starting my diet today! and i already set my mind that I WILL LOOSE WEIGHT! so i bought a TREADMILL TODAY.. and i was wondering if anyone that has a treadmill already can give me advice on how to exercise on it.. like do i first walk then run ... and stuff like that.. and how can i loose my stomache as well while on the TREADMILL.. please get back to me asap! muah!

i have a trademill i run on it everyday what you sould do is run for 5 minites then walk for 10 minites so you well exersice for 15 minites every day
