Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Yeah! 2 more pounds last week!! I am happy, happy, happy...but, I need to exercise more THIS week or I'm not going to drop anything. I really need to stop making cookies...see, I eat relatively really well except when I get these strange urges to bake--and eat what I bake. Well, I hope you all are doing well, too. Remember: nothing tastes as good as thin FEELS. ^_^

yeah.. I hate it even with eating a little bit and not splurging you still don't lose weight... it's dumb!

no. just the thought, "i'll burn it off later." i always make low-carb/low-calories cookies though, so, as long as I don't eat tons, i'm good. it's just that if i even eat a little and don't exercise, i won't lose weight. see what i mean?

If you like to bake, then bake. But let yourself have one maybe even 2 but do something that helps you say no to the junk, do you have anything that helps you when you are being tempted by food?
