Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I haven't weighed myself in 2 years. I've been afraid to. BUt I know I've gotten a lot fatter: i use to wear L size shirts now it's XXL. Should I weigh myself again? I need some help here!!!!

YOU CAN'T WEIGH 100 POUNDS AT 5.8!!! sweetie, you'd be air. i would suggest 130-150 like she said. actually, I think 145 would be excellent. *_*

first of all i just wanted to say that for your height your goal weight should be somewhere between 130-150lbs. that would be a healthy weight. as well, i find it helpful to weight myself bc then you can set a goal for say a month from when you weigh yourself and then a month later you can weigh yourself and see where your at. that way you can get an idea of whether what your doing to lose weight is affective or not. hope this helps! :)

I think you should weigh yourself and see where you are at. When trying to lose weight take it step by step.. don't cut out everything because when you do screw up you will majorly binge. It's hard but I know if you try you can do it. Good luck.
