Ht. 5'3", Start: 136 lb, Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - hey, i just wanted to ask a question. you know how people say cut calories? well i wanted to know how to do that. i dont wanna sound stupid but like if you dont eat the same things everyday how do you cut them, you know what im saying?

google search "BMR calculator". it tells you how many calories you need to eat per day to stay the same weight, based on your height age and weight. then deduct 500 from that number (ex. if it says eat 2000n per day to stay the same weight, eat 1500 instead) and youll lose 1 pound of fat per week. add exercise and it could be 2-3. hope i helped :)

just eat less of everything you eat, like a half portion. however, if you're like me, i have a little bit and i can't control myself-i start eating and i want more. so cutting calories doesn't always work, but hey. give it a try. good luck :)
