Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I finally know what my problem is. I eat WAY to many carbs. Breads, muffins, bagels, pastas, breadsticks, rolls, etc... I love it, they are so yummy. But that's the problem. I did this thing where it showed me the amount of Carbs, Fat and Protein I ate and the highest percentage (like 68%) was carbs and I was sick with myself...I tried to refrain from eating breadsticks with my salad today at lunch but I got lured in. :( ~ Does anybody have any tips to help me stay away from eating all this bread? ~ Thanks guys, good luck this week! This is my problem, too. I've been eating around the same amount of carbs in my diet as you have (65-70%), and I've gained about 30 pounds in the past year and a half. I'm just going to try to stop having them around the house. I don't have much advice, but I hope someone else will...
