Ht. 5'8", Start: 165 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - does anyone one know exercises i can do for 1 hr everyday?

Your welcome. If you have a mp3 or ipod it makes going for walks so much more fun cause your not as bored. =)

Do multiple exercises. Do jumping jacks running in place squats pushups sit ups do a workout dvd if you can turn on music and dance go for a walk if you can. Do anything that works for you.
