Ht. 5'7", Start: 180 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - I need some HUGE tips.. This year I will be promoting from a junior high to a high school and yearly they have a trip to the water park. while at the water park i would like to take my shirt off and be proud of myselff.. i mean i dont want killer abs i want a flat stomach.. nnot a huge gut sticking out..please write back with GREAT tips..Please help this trip is on May 29!!

Hey darling, here are some simple tips to get you started.
-Drink lots of water throughout the day
-Always eat breakfast, it truly is important
-Eat 5 small meals throughout the day
-Get in fruits and veggies
-Avoid white breads, instead try wheat
-As for exercise, running is awesome! But if you're not into that, try squats, burpees, crunches, push ups, stair steps, etc.
-Resist the urge to eat late at night and try to cut out junk foods, sodas, and fried foods from your diet.
