I went to this tournament for school and the food there was cruddy. Then, when I got home, it was, like, all downhill from there. I just read this book called The Diet for Teenagers Only and it's awesome!! It helps you SOOO much, look it up! The only problem is that the daily calorie intake lists for your BMI that they give are off because it was written in 2005 before they knew that all that bread and stuff messes you up. I would also suggest this: they give you percentages for how much of your diet should be of protein (30%), and two others. The carb one says 50%, switch the protein percentage with the other. I'm about to do the exercises right now, after I'm done digesting, as a matter of fact. And tomorrow I have ballet tomorrow...I will get back on track!
