Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Ok, since I've been doing pretty crappy I've been reluctant to get on the scale, so I finally di yesterday, and I gained 4 pounds=( Yesterday I worked out for 2 HOURS at the gym and ate 2 some organic lowfat ravioli, 2 cookies, broiled fish with healthy choice soup and 3 crackers, and a really big salad with lowfat dressing.
Today, I ate egg whites with veggie sausage for breakfast with a big cup of coffee.

Thats not fat is muscle.Muscle is allot heavier then fat.With more muscle you will be able to burn allot more calories,even when youre sitting :) Isnt that great?Dont be discouraged,keep up what your doing and you will lose weight in notime.You are doing GREAT.Best wishes :)
