Ht. 5'8", Start: 260 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ever since I was in fifth grade, I've always had problems with my weight. It wasn't so bad back then, though. I was tall, and just a bit thick. However, as the years went by, I just seemed to gain more and more weight. Now, at the age of seventeen, I am a horrifying weight of 260lbs. More than anything, I want to be healthy and fit. I'm too young to be as big as I am. I'm too young to be having chest and back pain, too young to be out of breath after walking three flights of stairs, too young to start sweating bullets after jogging a block to reach the bus. I want to be confident. I want to not have to worry about whether or not a shirt will show my love handles, or if jeans will fit too tight. I want to be able to shop with my friends in the same clothes store, without having to stand there and watch them try on size 5 and 7 and 9 pants, all the while knowing that the store definitely wouldn't have the same jeans in a 16. I want to look in a mirror and not hate my body. I want to eat an ice cream cone on occasion, and NOT feel like I'm a whale for eating it. I don't want to worry about my health, and fear going to the doctor because he will reprimand me again for gaining weight, instead of loosing it.
I want to feel good about myself.
I want to LOOK good.
I want to loose weight, and for once in my life, not be the "fat girl in class b", or "that big girl that hangs out with Erica".
I want to be fit, healthy, and slim-- more than anything.

Aw,dont feel bad about yourself.I understand exacly how you feel.Look, first of all avoid buying new clothes expecially with skinny friends, you will feel even more bad.And those plus sized clothes are hideous!Just stick with your current clothing till you lose some weight.Ive lost 15 lbs only by eating small and healthy meals and walkin alot.I eat cooked meat, cooked veggies, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt and dark bread.Eat fist size meals.Stomach is a size of a fist :)Somethimes I eat even less and fell full.Drink lots of water.Avoid junk food, sweets, sodas, juices, poatoes, high fat dressings, salami, sausages, fried eggs.Dont eat at Mcdonalds.Even Mcdonalds salad contains 2000 calories!Yes!I couldnt beleive it.Dont eat even chinese food, its tasty as hell, but very fattening. And excersise atlest an hour a day.If you feel self concious about working out in front of others, buy excersise tapes and work at home.Or buy a training bike or a treadmill.Weight yourself only once a week.If you wight yourself more, you will get discouraged.Lose weight slow and steady.Avoid crash diets,You will gain weight right back.Dont buy diet pills, they dont do ****.Exuse my language, but I get annoyed with all this commercials with fake products. There is no magical quick solution.Just boring old healthy food and excercise. Its not a diet.Call it a LIFESTYLE CHANGE.Think about it.Its better investing in pretty clothes, make up,hair dues, parfuems, clubs, concerts, social gatherings than junk food.Food is just a fuel you need to survive. Its not your friend. You are young.Youre metabolism is on the highest now.Now its the best time to do something about your weight and health.Dont give up.People as twice as heavy as you managed to lose weight.Just try your best.Dont feel guilty if you cheat on your journey.Just forget about it and keep going.Best wishes :)
