Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I finally found time to go to the gym today. I did an hour of cardio and I feel sooooooooo good. I turn red when I run because I am so pale, and that started happening about 45 minutes into it. I was gonna quit, but I decided I was just gonna tough it out, look like a lobster and go for my full hour!

That's one thing about exercising. It burns like heck, but you feel so good and refreshed afterward, that in the end, it's more than worth it.
Great job! Cardio is awesome. I used to do a half hour cardio every day over the summer. Stupidly, though, I stopped once school started.

Congrats! I'm proud of you for pushing yourself to make yourself do the hour of cardio instead of quiting. =)

congrats on pushing yourself! I'm pretty pale too, so I know what you mean about turning red. I hate it, and it's kind of embarassing. But good for you, pushing yourself and finishing out your hour. That's really awesome!
