Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 217.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Okay I have been 217.5 for like almost a week and a 1/2 How do you get pass the stuck part and lose more??

I contradict what you say when you've given false information or contradicted someone who was probably closer to right on than you. It is not ALWAYS. I contradict EVERYONE I see who gives false or faulty information. It's only fair to the person looking for help.

DD, twitch isn't saying OVEREAT. But eating more than you usually do every now and then is scientifically PROVEN to kick start your metabolism.

or it makes you eat too many calories, twitch. you don't just fill up on junk to, so to speak, "kick start your metabolism." you have to work out in the mornings if you want to do that. you NEVER over-eat. (too much of a good thing is never a good thing, dear)

take one day and eat more than usual. but eat healthy stuff. like eat an extra egg and an extra salad and some more fruit and milk or something. it kick starts your metabolism
