Ht. 5'3", Start: 181 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I did ok today. I binged a little bit. I feel so guilty. I ate too much food. You know what I HATE? When I eat something as simple as a small salad. Then I step on the scale and it read3 a number 2 or more pounds heavier than it did before i ate the salad. UGHH.

Dont weight yourself every 2 seconds!Once a week is enough.And those 2 pounds is just water,not fat.

of course it does!!! you just ate. you haven't had time to digest. always weigh yourself in the morning before you eat and before you use the bathroom once a week. the same day every week, too, if possible.
