Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys. So far today I am doing really well! For breakfast I had a glass of milk and 2 hard-boiled eggs. For lunch I had a salad with the following inside: 1 hard-boiled egg, 2 tbsp. tuna (my special recipe), crumbled bleu cheese, croutons, almonds, cut up chicken, and 1g carb salad dressing. If I say so myself, I am a great salad-creater! Yesterday I walked for 40 minutes and today I'm going bike-riding + walking. I have my period though I'm gonna slow down the pace a wee bit... *_* LOL.

me too but I can't really give out my e-mail. but we can be weight loss buddies...if you want. we can compare tips, encouragement, and keep each other up to date on things. what do you say? ^_^
