Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - so today is day 7 of my diet and i tihnk ive done pretty darn good. tomorrow i write down my weight and i hope to be 169.. reasonable goal right? 1 pound a week. i want to lose 20 pounds by July. so thats an average of 4 pounds per month, which would be 1 pound or so per week. I could have exercised more i tihnk. i did a 15 min cardio video (Turbo Jam) twice this week, as well as worked out on the elliptical, and i plan on doing turbo jam once more tonight. i can tell i lost weight (mostly water) because my too-tight jeans are now very comfortable. thank god for that, i thought i was going to be living in track pants for the rest of my life lol anyways, hope everyones doing well, wish me luck! 169lbs by tomorrow *crosses fingers**... ta-ta!
