Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 258 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I havent posted in a while because I was so upset I gained some weight over the holidays.At first I started on October,25,2008 at 272 pounds.Then I dieted(but no excersise) until December,25,2008.I weighed in at 252!!!I had lost 20 pounds:)But the holidays came and went....and I gained 10 pounds....making me 262!Ughh.I was no where near as strong as I had been during halloween.Well I havent exactly been "dieting",but watching what I ate atleast,and now im 258.Which is better than 262 but not as good as 252 was.Oh,and im in p.e,which is pure TORTURE!I feel like im about to faint when its over,and all we do is run for 3 minutes warm up,then 20 minutes of running,then 3 minutes of warm-down.Im the fatest one in there,no comparison.Well,thanks for reading.And good luck!

Hey,I know how you feel im 14 and last december i weighed in at 256,i was feeling so bad about myself so i decided to go on a diet and to this day so far iv lost 17 lbs. i now wiegh 239.Dont give up god knows how much you want this and need this just like me,i know exactly how you feel! i just read your above post and you've done so good!how long did it take you to lose 55 pounds.it feels like it would take me FOREVOR.my 120 pound friend just came over and saw that i wear a size 20.what a shocker on her part.she thought i was a size 15.i wish i could lose weight like you.

all you've got to do is work on the eating, and you're set. it sounds like you get a pretty intense workout in P.E so that combined with a good diet ad you'll be at your goal in no time. good luck ! :)
