Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - the past 3 days have been awesome. amazing actually. i decided to turn this old notebook into a food journal. i write down everything i eat and how many calories, how much exercise i do and even goals for the next day to do better. i find its been helping because it holds you responsible for everything youve been eating. you cant lie to yourself when you see it written on paper. i dunno if ive lost anything yet, im not weighing myself until monday. that way, i can keep focused and not get discouraged after a couple days of dieting and not seeing a change. i might even wait 2 weeks, but im not sure. i think the suspense just might kill me. anyways, hope everyones doing well. good luck!
