Ht. 5'5", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 140 lb - Okay so i've been on this board before, and i always come here and feel so motivated. :D
But i'm tired of being the girl that can't keep up in P.E class, the fat girl.
I think life would be a lot easier for any teenager if they didn't have to worry about the way their clothes fit, or having to buy ugly clothes bc of it.
I don't want to have high blood presure and such things at the age of 15. I wanna be healthy.
Day One for me starts tomorrow :D
I would love to be to my goal weight by September.
so it can say it on my license lol.

First of all Kitty, you can always lie on your license. Just don't lie to much, that its not believable.
I know how you feel Megan. I hate not being able to keep up in gym! It sucks! Just start eating more fruits and veggies, drink lots more water, watch less t.v. and exercise more. It's working for me...I havent lost any weight yet...I still need to get up the motivation to exercise, but so far with the eating thing I'm doing pretty good. Just say to yourself when you see something yummy say: "Ew...that looks disgusting. I don't want that in my body. Yuck!" It's chessy, but I sometimes think that when I see a glazed doughnut or a tempting fresh batch of cookies. :) Good luck.

wtf.... your license is guna have ur weight on it?!?!?!?
i have a learner's permit and it doesn't have thatt.. ew. i'm not displaying my weight to the world.
never say "i'll start tomorrow" it just is too tempting to procrastinate and keep delaying "day one" so you really never start eating right :(
start right NOW
don't go get that bag of potato chips or that ice cream, tell yourself NO, I DON'T NEED IT. put a gross picture of liek a scab or something on ur refrigerator or pantry so you won't want to open it and eat. lmao
good luck to you
