Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - Hey, okay. So today I am really going to stay on track. I HAVE to. The problem is that I give into cravings WAY to easily...does anyone have any advice???

I heard that if you go walking when you crave something and drink water that you won't crave it anymore. Also you should concentrate on more important things-distract yourself. Think about school ,your friends, your family, homework, life in general, and what you want to achieve by dieting. I tried it the other day and it worked-I was very pleased. Hope it works for you.
