Ht. 5'5", Start: 134 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Hello everyone here i am in my room ready to pour tears about how i really feel. tomorrow is january 1st. a new year for me! i just can't wait to start my weight loss journey! C0NSTANTLY i have been saying for the past 4 years that i will indeed lose weight. but instead i would gain weight! i am tired of this! being a senior.. i really want to go to prom and have fun without being insecure of my weight! i want to make my parents proud to let them know that i'm not this obese girl who constantly eats junk food and breaks promises! i want to be healthy and skinny! i want my old figure back.. and i want it now more than ever.. prom, grad night, graduation day, and most of all college! i want the girl that shocks everyone! not the girl who eats 4 cookies and a slurpy on the side every lunch period! with my friends looking at me disgusted! i want to be the girl that proves everyone wrong my goal is to lose 55 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i will indeed do it b/c this is the new me! i will not let anyone destroy my goal! i will be focused and determined! i will be the strong girl that i know i am! i will lose this weight once and for all!!!!! do i really want to be the girl that feels insecure all the time? no.. do i want to be the fat friend in the pretty squad? no.. do i want to be the fat girlfriend? HELL N0.. do i want to be the girl that every parents say.. honey if you dont eat healthy you will look like so and so? no! do i want to be the girl that can't fit anything in the store? no! i want to change my lifestyle i really do ! and its once and for all that we PUT 0UR SH*T T0 THE SIDE! AND L0SE THIS WEIGHT.!!! ITS N0T AS HARD AS WE MAKE IT SEEM. ITS SIMPLE! JUST BE DEDICATED AND STR0NG! AND WE WILL MAKE IT T0 THE SWEET END! L0VE AND PEACE!

I feel the same way! Prom is coming up and I went to try on dresses today and I was a size 16-18 and I felt terrible! Not one of the size 14 dresses I tried on fit me and I am sick of this! I want to get rid of this weight!

Oh yeah!! Joining you on that! Graduating this year as well and determined to look my best after three years of promising to lose some weight and only gaining 40 pounds in the process! We can do it!!
