Ht. 5'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Well ok so im starting out with exercise.... the other day my mom went to the store and she bought a bunch of chips and soda ugh im staying away for that starting today! I just got on the elliptical and went for 30 mins and burned 225 cals....it didn't feel like 30 mins because i wacthed a show on my ipod lol i think im going for a walk because im really hot and i wanna walk some more =] i have yet to weight my self today...and i don't want to maybe ill do it later but best wishs to you all!

you should continue doing what you're doing, wait a few days, then weigh yourself. you might be shocked at the amount you lose. keep up the good work :)
