Ht. 5'2", Start: 198 lb, Today: 209 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I've gained 11 pounds in two weeks and i've been excersizing everyother day and drinking a slim fast for breakfast. I have salad and wheat toasr for lunch and then eat what my mom made for dinner so i can atleast enjoy one thing. Ugh i don't know what to do!

Hey, here's my advice. It's actually from my doctor but here goes-"Control what goes in your mouth and out of your mouth." Here's what this means: Let's say you got picked on by the school bully or a popular kid, and you want to say something mean back to him/her. DON'T SAY ANYTHING! Just ignore the person and walk away. OK, now for the "In your mouth" part. Well, let's say you want another piece of pizza from Little Caesar's or that soda you really like. You got to think twice about what's healthy and what's not. Hope this advice works for you!

just keep doin what you're doin and throw in a little exercise and it should melt off in no time
