Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - So i lost another 2 pounds, in like a week and a half. i guess that's okay, i'd like to lose more though.
I know i can, because i wasn't working my butt off.
So new diet plan i have, again haha this is the third.
over 30 minutes of excersise 5 nights a week, or more if i could, and went back to 7-8 big glasses of water a day.
and no eating after supper of course, unless i'm starving, then i'll have some veggies or fruit.
I'm adding a lot of diearetics in my diet too, like lemon juice and celery, and more lettuce.
i don't eat too much veggies, i get sick of them fast.
Anyone have any advice on how to make veggies more appealing? hahaha

melt cheese on them. or, i read in a magazine that some chick eats steamed broccoli with pasta sauce and parmesan on it. ive been meaning to try it it sounds slightly good lol
