Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 110 lb - I need some HUGE tips.. This year I will be promoting from a junior high to a high school and yearly they have a trip to the water park while at the water park i would like to take my shirt off and be proud of myselff.. i mean i dont want killer abs i want a flat stomach.. nnot a huge gut sticking out..please write back with GREAT tips..

Google it, it's the best workout video, they have ab jam, learn and burn, 20 minute workout, 45 minute workout, turbo sculpt and more.

go running everyday if you can:) it will help alot with just sliming you down everywhere
run for like 30 min or atleast work your way up to 30 min, and start out at maybe 10 min per run :))
