The easy way to not get an eating disorder is to realize that your weight doesn't define who you are, and to never start dangerous habits like purging or fasting. If you let yourself get so down about your weight, and become that desperate then it becomes a really hard cycle to break. If you want to lose weight than talk to your parents, your doctor, a nutritionist, about a healthy plan, and ask your friends to help encourage you. It's all about doing things the right way, and believing in yourself. You may be overweight, but that doesn't make you a bad person. A lot of people struggle with their weight, but theirs nothing wrong with that. I believe in you, and I wish you the very best.
