Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - So I started Weightwatchers and it has totally change my way of thinking and eating! Its been a week, and i feel wonderful. I workout 3 to 4 days a week nothing serious i will do a class of areobics, walk/jog, play volleyball or something. I eat more fruits and veggies. I still eat anything i want. Its great! Not even expensive! Plus im losing weight and feeling great! I dont even consider it a deit, its how you should eat you know?
