Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - okay here i am again lol did quite well yesterday, doing good so far today. i really want to get back into the 160s like i was in mid-August. i know i can do it, i just need to make sure i stick with it. ive set a 5 pound goal by christmas. totally achievable right? it just sucks because i hate to exercise. like when i know its exercise i don't want to do it. i love to walk and listen to my mp3 player, but only when i have a destination. such as walking to my boyfriends which is about a half hour walk. otherwise, i cant just get up and go for a stroll around the neighbourhood. i dunno, i'm strange i guess lol what kind of exercises did you guys do that you know helped you lose extra flab? any suggestions would be awesome! thanks and good job/good luck guys xo

heyyy, true story u could lose about 50 lbs by christmans is u really wanted to. I have many suggestions to excersize, cause trust me i hate it too but u just have to have the wil power and drive to do so. Dont't give up on ur goal. Ive been in ur possition and still im struggling to loose weight. If u wanna walk ask a friend to go, even walk with ur mom, it gives u a chance to talk and grow closer. If u have a dog take them around the block a few times. Whatever you do dont give up on ur goal, but dont go crazy. Ps. you could loose 50 lbs work hard and you'll achieve it =]<3

Hey Amanda! I have no doubt you can do this, 5 lbs is definitely realistic by Christmas!!! Just keep it up, you've come so far and you are wonderful! :) To exercise I like doing yoga on Saturday mornings or Pilates, and during the week I have PE at school (since I'm required) but once I switch to health in 2nd semester and we don't have gym anymore I'll go back to using my Wieght Watchers workout DVD and ten-minute toning DVDs.

5 lbs by Christmas is totally achievable! just work at it, stay focused:) and I know what you mean..I want to be in the 160's again alsoo, you're closer to it than I am lol so no doubt you'll get there. Just stay focused and yeah exercise gets dull sometimes, but I know that dancing is great aerobic exercise, that really gets me sweating and it's so much fun. I can feel the calories burning-just burn a cd of fun and fast music and shake what your momma gave ya. I gurantee you'll see a difference:) hah seriously. Good luck!!
