Thank you so much Claire. It did help. i really want to end that battle with this. I will start to lock myself in my room. I dont really drink soda or diet soda for that matter. Water is my usual choice. Keep working at what your doing. I will too. Thanks.

usually the bigger you are, the more weight you can lose. As to answer your question to my last post--I lost weight by locking myself in my room for an hour or two and dancing on nonstop. You should try. It's great aerobic exercise and scientific study has proven that people who listen to music while exercising, burn more calories. Also of course I ate right...no eating after 7:30pm...and I ate small portions for every meal. I skipped white foods (processed foods) like white bread, white rice..and all of that. I let go of soda and switched to diet soda but drank more water. I made any excuse to burn calories..like if we went to the mall and my family took the escalator...I would go to the stairs instead. I got upstairs faster than them too! (lol) and I walked to and from school, skipped the bus or a ride. I did 50 situps, 20 pushups a day. Always did some weird stretching stuff, just kept myself moving more and sitting less. Of course I still do most of this, but I'm not as disciplined as I was when I first started ( I should be though!) it's harder now because I'm in college...whereas when I started doing all this in 2005 I was in HS. It was easier then and I had more time. Anyway, I hope this helps. I know you will lose weight--just keep at it! believe in yourself and focussss, don't let anyone get in your way. This is all about YOU and YOUR HEALTH, it's YOUR LIFE. Choose to do this. Make the decision and just watch yourself...you will transform=) good luckk
