Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - hey peeps i just heard this really gross story about a woman who carried around a hamburger and fries for 3, almost 4 years and it didn't break down or rot at all and it just freaked me out. does this mean the fries i ate 3 years ago are still in my body, not breaking down, and that i can never at fast food again?!?!

Yea, but that means that its much harder to break down and the fats and stuff are just sitting there in your stomach.
Fast food is bad for you. End of story.

No, because your stomach acid breaks down food. Stomach acid is STRONG stuff, so it can break down almost anything. Food doesn't break down or rot inside you when you eat it, your stomach acid breaks it down, so I don't see how that woman's experiment is realavant at all to how fast food acts in our bodies. It's not even close to comparison.
