Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - help! i have no idea what's happening! i had a bad weekend last weekend, but ever since i've been so good- and the scale keeps going back up! i'm up to 203 again! and the wedding is on monday, and i wanted to lose 10 more lbs from 199 before school started. i'm so frustrated- i have no idea why my body is doing this. i hope i get my period soon, because that is the only explanation i can think of. i'm going to go low-carb low-sodium until monday just to lose some water weight, while still keeping it low-cal so i lose actual weight even if the water weight is only temporary. I need to magically drop a size. i am getting so irritated at being in-between sizes because both 18's and 16's look horrible on me. the 18's are waaaay to large, but the 16's are still too tight. i'm exercising still, but i need to exercise more, which is why i'm going to bike to work and back which is about 7miles with hills. someone please help me?has this happened to you? have you found a solution? i'm tearing up right now because i'm so frustrated.

Dear Motivated, Well u cannot just magically frop a size. the first thing you need to do is take a breather. U seemed really stressed and i can see why. U need to relax and do your nomal activities. And try to push yourself to your furthust length when you work out. U may lose more weight. Dont PUSH yourself too hard till you faint. But if u are doing 10 push-ups lets try to aim for 15!!! Get what im saying? Well i hope you get to your goal much faith and <3 Tiff

you know, it may be just because your body has adujested (or however you sdpell it) to the amount of excersize and the amount of calroies your eating. try increasing your excersize. maybe it'll help :)

sometimes my scale acts funny, like il get on it and it be a certain wieght and ill step on it over and over again the same position (or going for the same) and itll be up a pound or 2. sometimes its right after i went pee 2. i dont kno if thats the case for u but that happens to me sometims i just go back a few hours later i kno it must just be how im standing or something or my scale. try again in a few days... and yes im a little obsessed with wieghing myself... lol

this has happened to me!!! last year i got down to 159lbs, then the next time i weighed myself i went up to 165. all i wanted to do was scream when i read the scale. then i went up to 173lbs months and months after that, now i am back down to 164. i just kept telling meself that i know i can do this, i AM going to lose weight, i don't want to be the fattest person in my family anymore, and with my dance classes, the gym, and school in general, i managed to lose 11 pounds. so you CAN do it! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF NO MATTER HOW HOPEPLESS YOU GET...hope i helped. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
