Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I hate cellulite. and I especially hate my thighs and stomach. does anyone have any good exercises or diet tips? I want to start eating healthier but i don't know how. I only know the two extremes, over eating, and not eating at all. I could really use all the help i can get. I would really appreciate it if any of you have any tips or websites that have info? Thanks so much.

Spark Teens has ALOT of good tips on both nutrition and exercise tips. plus it has message boards where you can talk about anything and everything! You an track what you eat and what exercises you do, plus you can "weigh-in" to track your weight. Spark Teens and Blubberbusters are my fave weight loss sites
